What is your product return policy?
All sales can be returned within 30 days if unused unless otherwise marked. However, many of our products are very personal in nature, and so cannot be returned once used. These include, but are not limited to, compression stockings, raised toilet seats, and oxygen or cpap accessories.
If an item is purchased as a special order, a 35% restocking fee will be collected, the full amount of which is charged by the distributer for returning the product.
Why do you need so much detail about the patient's condition?
There are very few “one size fits all” solutions in home health care. Often, we are brought recently purchased equipment that doesn’t fit or is too confusing to set-up.
Our products are vital to a patient’s comfort and healthy recovery. Busy doctors and nurses, despite good intentions, are often vague about the many nuances of the home health equipment they are recommending. So, while it is great to know that you need something, it is also necessary to fully understand what you need, and how it is going to help you!
We highly recommend our customers take time and answer key questions about the patient’s condition so we can fit them with the best possible solution to their individual problem, and get them comfortable with proper operation.

Do you deliver and set-up equipment?
Yes! We deliver and fully install any of our home medical equipment, whether you choose to rent or purchase, to customers located in the Greater Boston area.
What is your Rental Pricing & Policy?
If you rent a product and find that you would like to keep it or purchase a version, the first month of your rental will go toward the purchase. Rentals are charged on a daily, weekly or monthly rate and will not be prorated. You will receive an email 7 days before your renewal date reminding you of these policies.
